OUTCOMES ASSESSMENT OF PROGRAMS:
Assessment of academic programs is an ongoing process.
The
current outcomes assessment reports for
degree and certificate programs are located on the college network share drive
in the Academics folder: see Current
Program Assessment Reports for instructions to access these reports. Each spring a "snapshot" is taken of
the assessment reports for each program. For the latest snapshot, see
Outcomes Assessment Annual Report 2003-04.
ASSESSMENT CULTURE MATRIX SURVEYS:
Faculty, the Instructional Improvement and Assessment Committee,
and academic
administrators completed a survey in which they rated
Lake Land College’s assessment program according to
standards created by the Higher Learning Commission. The ratings are from
1 to 9, with a score in the range of 7-9 reflecting a mature institution.
