OUTCOMES ASSESSMENT OF ACADEMIC PROGRAMS:
Assessment of academic programs is an ongoing process.  The current outcomes assessment reports for degree and certificate programs are located on the college network share drive in the Academics folder: see Current Program Assessment Reports below. 

Each spring a "snapshot" is taken of the assessment reports for each program.  For the latest snapshot, see Outcomes Assessment Annual Report 2003-04.

CURRENT PROGRAM ASSESSMENT REPORTS:
The assessment reports for degree and certificate programs are located on the college network share drive in the Educational Services folder.  To get there, follow this route form your desk top:
    >Go to My Computer
    >Click on the S: drive
    >Click on Academics
    >Click on Assessment Plans

Assessment plans may be entered, viewed, or edited* by using the program's three-digit number.  The following assessment plans may be accessed by using a three-letter code:
    >General Education - GEN
    >Developmental Math - DVM
    >Developmental English - DVE
  
* To edit an assessment report, you must obtain the password from the
appropriate division chair and use both the Tab Key and Mouse:
   >click on EDIT ASSESSMENT PLAN
    >enter the password
    >use the Tab key to highlight the CONTINUE button
    >use the mouse to left-click on CONTINUE
